Stop closure - Stop 1 Port Rd - North side - From Tuesday 7 April
From first bus service Tuesday 7 April, until further notice, Stop 1 Port Rd - North side will be closed due to SA Water works. Passengers for the 281, 286, 287 and 288 are advised to use Stop B2 North Tce – North side. All other passengers are advised to use Stop B1 West Tce – East side.
Bus Timetable Changes - from Monday 12 October 2026
From Monday 12 October 2026, 68 bus timetables will be updated across the Adelaide Metro network. Timetable changes include services across Adelaide, the Hills, and some school routes. These changes will apply to services during peak and off-peak times, supporting: Improved service reliability. Easier connections between services. Improved frequency. The changes better align services with actual passenger demand, journey patterns, and travel times between stops. From first bus service Saturday 1 August 2026 until further notice, Stop H1 Hutt St - East side, Adelaide, will be closed due to construction works. During this time, passengers are advised to go the alternative stops below: Routes - 98C, 99C go to either F1 Hutt St - East side, or R1 Halifax St - South side Route - 147 go to either F1 Hutt St - East side or J1 Hutt St - East side Routes - 170, 171, 171A, 172, 820, 821 & 822 go to Stop I1 Wakefield St - North side, or J1 Hutt St - East side.
